It uses a cast iron open-top mash tun, stainless steel washbacks, and a single pair of stills, allowing for unpeated, medium-peated, and heavily-peated styles. Fermentation lengths vary to produce nutty or fruity character, transitioning from a blending filler to a respected single malt producer.
