A world number 1 Junmai Daiginjo This sake was chosen the Champion Sake in International Wine Challenge Sake section, and has been consecutive gold medal winner in Kura Master. Using Special A area Yamadanishiki, this sake has fresh nose of floral bouquet, juicy and fruity white peach, honey and apricot jam. The palate is incredibly round and juicy, creamy texture. The fruity sweetness is well balanced with acidity, with hints of yoghurt like savoury taste. Long and smooth finish of spice and pepper.
Pair this sake with pan seared fish, stir fried sliced pork.
