Brewed from Yamadanishiki from contract frameres in Special A area of Hyogo prefecture, matured for 2 years under zero degree. Sake of 20% and 35% rice polishing ratio are blended together right before bottling, which is a very unique approach of sake production. It has elegant and fruity aromas of flowers, banana and melon like ginjo aromas, together with rice and savoury notes.The palate is complex and deep, fresh fruits with full body rice and savoury tastes. Well integrated and structured with long dry finish.
Pair this sake with roasted pig, Peking duck and grilled abalone.
