Created by Jim McEwan from whisky matured in American oak casks, this signature bottling is made with 100% Scottish-grown barley.On nose there are some sweet barley notes and a hint of mint at first, then it leads to more fresh floral notes. Some maritime characters are detected as well. The palate is refreshing, with hints of sweet oak, ripe fruits, brown sugar. An easy-going and adorable Islay malt.
