Chorlton Whisky's first release of 2025 features three distilleries from the Highland region. This release includes Balblair, a distillery not commonly seen from independent bottlers, a Glen Garioch matured in a first-fill Bourbon, and a Tullibardine finished in an ex-peated whisky Barrique!

The aroma of Balblair is fresh, initially offering honey, lemon peel, and pomegranate. After a few minutes, green apple notes emerge. On the palate, it's wonderfully sweet, with pear and guava fruit flavors that gradually shift to citrus peel. The finish leaves a lingering citrus sweetness and a touch of cinnamon spice.
