Chorlton Whisky's first single cask from Jura. Like myself and many others, Chorlton's founder David was not a fan of Jura, but this cask changed our mind!

On the nose, there's a distinctive waxy character, custard notes, along with sea salt, lemon, and cookie aromas. There's also a faint scent of tobacco lingering in a cigarette box. Upon tasting, it starts with a citrusy sweetness and an oily texture, gradually revealing a hint of smokiness, which transitions to lemon and a salty flavor. The finish is marked by prominent citrus notes, a touch of oak, and a hint of spice.
