Chorlton Whisky has launched a young but complex single cask whisky from Orkney recently!;Starts off with salted caramel and sea spray on the nose, with hint of herbs and honeyed fruit. On the palate it’s salty as well, and with sweetness and flavours of citrus, with a long finish.We can tell the inspirations of the label again come from medieval manuscripts, and the design of Orkney matches with the style of the whisky - with waves and winds coming from the sea. And of course, not to mention it is along with what David told us, this Orkney is definitely a “drinkable” single cask whisky with reasonable price!
