Crafted by whisky legend Billy Walker, this Glenallachie showcases his expertise in managing oak casks. It has been matured in Mizunara barrels—an expensive and leaky type of oak—alongside Oloroso puncheons and hogsheads.

The official taste profile is rich and layered: Flavors of heather honey, dried orange peel, and crystallized ginger, complemented by notes of cocoa, toasted tobacco leaves, and fresh vanilla pods. There are also hints of baking spices, dried blood orange, and grilled honeycomb, followed by bursts of rich cocoa, poached cinnamon apples, fig syrup, pecans, and demerara sugar.
