향에서는 붉은 사과와 검은 과일, 향긋한 꽃 향이 있고, 이어 옅은 향신료와 아몬드가 따라옵니다. 입에서는 달고 농밀하며 붉은 베리 콩포트와 토피 애플, 섬세한 오크 타닌이 드러나고, 향신료와 스위트 와인이 길게 이어지며 마무리됩니다.

Spot Whiskey is a classic Single Pot Still brand created by Mitchell & Son, a historic wine and spirits merchant in Dublin, Ireland, with origins dating back to 1805. The brand is best known for its color-coded labels denoting maturation length—Green Spot (about 7–10 years), Yellow Spot (12 years), Red Spot (15 years), and Blue Spot (cask strength). This color system originated as internal markings on maturing casks and eventually became a hallmark of the brand.

Produced at the Midleton Distillery, the Spot Whiskey range continues the traditional triple distillation method using a mash of both malted and unmalted barley. Each expression offers a distinct profile—Green Spot is known for its crisp apple and creamy notes, while Yellow Spot adds layers of tropical dried fruits and spice from Malaga wine cask finishing. Spot Whiskey captures the diversity of Irish pot still styles, blending history with creative evolution.
