Super popular limited sake led by young genius brewer in a historic brewery

Impressive design using 'luggage tag (Nibuta)' to replace traditional label on bottle, a sake made by master brewer Yuichi Tanaka who is in his 20s. Using Omachi rice from Okayama prefecture, it has attractive apple-like fruitiness, with notes of banana, lime, vanilla. Fresh and round palate, fizzy with balanced sweetness and acidity, notes of apple, lemon, tangerine, well structured yet crisp and clean finish.
