카노스케 2023 리미티드 에디션

Unlike its flagship single malt release, the Kanosuke 2023 Limited Edition is using 85% peated malt and distilled back in 2018 and 2019, which is considered "old" for the distillery's age. Similar to the classic Kanosuke, it is aged in shochu casks and bourbon casks, but this edition also brings sherry casks into the maturation process, resulting in a distinct flavor profile: Smoky yet fruity!

The aroma unveils notes of banana, vanilla custard, ripe fruits, and a hint of smoke. Tasting brings forward flavors of salted caramel, black tea, sweet red bean paste, and orange. The finish combines citrus and pepper, with a lingering smokiness.
