A modern Kubota sake that is fresh and full of seasonal 

Created under the concept of 'The sake to be enjoyed outdoor', fresh yet intense ginjo aromas of muscat grapes, ripe melon. Thanks to low temperature fermentation and zero degree maturation, it has very soft and elegant palate, showing superb balance of sweetness and acidity, with notes of rice savouriness, finish with mild astringency.
