The malt for Longrow undergoes a 48-hour peating process over peat fires, which is double the duration used for Springbank. The Longrow 21 Year Old 2022 Release is a unique combination of casks: 30% Bourbon, 60% Sherry, and 10% Chardonnay casks.

The nose offers smoked mussels and cured meats balanced by sweet apricot and peach. On the palate, robust peat mingles with seaweed and ripe berries, concluding with a creamy finish of raspberries and prolonged peat smoke.
