The sake has the unique fruity sweetness of this brewery, such as apple, pear, grapes, with fresh notes of grapefruit, and savouriness from Dewasansan rice. The palate is smooth, apart from the signature sweetness, it is balanced with acidity and complex savoury flavours. Clean and crisp finish. Very easy to drink thanks to lower alcohol level.
