With fruity and elegant aromas, such as apple, pear, white peach, and subtle cooked rice. The brewery emphasises on rice flavour on palate, so there is a hint of rice flavour apart from juicy apple, pear and melon, balanced with Umami (savouriness), and it ends with a crispy and clean finish.
