시그나토리 스페이사이드 (M) 17년 2005 셀렉트 바이 크리쉬 임포트 이비스코 디캔터

Released by Signatory Vintage in an Ibisco Decanter, selected by Germany’s Kirsch Import. Though the distillery "Speyside (M)" cannot be disclosed, it is believed to be Macallan. Aged for 17 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask, this offers a chance to enjoy a sherry single cask whisky from the (M) distillery at a relatively reasonable price.

The aroma first reveals notes of cinnamon and spicies, with subtle hints of caramel and milk chocolate. After letting it sit for 10 minutes or adding a few drops of water, and it gets richer, with notes of milk candy, chocolate & hints of cherry liqueur from Black Forest cake. Finally, there's a touch of leather and tobacco. On the palate, a burst of sweetness comes first, followed by a warm and distinct spiciness, then transitioning to dark chocolate and oaky flavors. The finish lingers with spices, chocolate, gradually becoming drier, with a lingering hint of tobacco.
