On the nose, a strong hint of sherry, along with sweet figs and raisins. On the palate, you'll notice flavors like spiced fruitcake and a kind of Australian dessert called Lamingtons, mixed with oily walnuts and a touch of pepper. The aftertaste is both sweet and spicy.
