The 2025 Edition of Springbank 30 Year Old is a vatting of whiskies matured in 85% Bourbon casks and 15% Sherry casks, with a limited release of 1,900 bottles.

Official Tasting Note:

Nose: A rich and honeyed introduction to this dram, there are notes of ripe peaches, honeycomb and creamy chocolate.
Palate: There is a vibrancy on the palate, with familiar tropical fruit and fresh tangerine notes, and a leathery note reminiscent of old library books developing over time.
Finish: Tart and syrupy in the finish, with notes of brambles, maraschino cherries and a dunnage warehouse note to round off this dram.
