스프링뱅크 8년 로컬발리 보리

The Local Barley series — it has always been highly sought after by Springbank enthusiasts. The slogan of this series is "Grain to Glass," and this edition uses Bere barley, grown at High Ranach Farm on the Kintyre Peninsula, the same region as Springbank. It is matured in a combination of half bourbon and half sherry casks.

Official Tasting Notes:
Notes of cracked black pepper, cigar box and sage on the nose introduces this year’s Local Barley. There are notes of shortbread and salted caramel on the palate, along with a herbal, basil note. A long, sweet finish with notes of toffee standing out.
