This Talisker whisky is matured in oak casks processed using a unique “Stone-Spun” method, where stones and water roll inside the cask to polish the barrels’ original char layers, followed by a light toasting of the cask before maturation.

The aroma is fresh, with notes of sea breeze, a hint of earthiness, minerals, and spice. On the palate, there is an initial sweetness balanced by saltiness, followed by hints of peppery spice, apple, and pear. The finish is long, with Talisker spiciness, leaving a refreshing sensation.
