The Alistair Walker Whisky Company was founded in 2018 by Alistair Walker, former Global Marketing Director of BenRiach. It specializes in single cask and small batch bottlings under the “Infrequent Flyers” label, which focuses on lesser-seen distilleries across Scotland, especially from regions like Campbeltown, Islay, and Speyside. All releases are non-chill-filtered, cask strength, and natural in colour.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in Scotch whisky — his father Billy Walker helped lead GlenAllachie, BenRiach, and Glendronach — Alistair has applied his maturation know-how and brand acumen to grow AWWC into one of the most respected new independent bottlers. Based in Stirling, the company continues to expand globally.
