Macallan A Night on Earth The Finale

The Macallan launched "The Finale" in 2026 as the fifth and final release in its "A Night on Earth" series, bringing to a close a collection that began in 2021 and celebrates New Year traditions around the world. This final edition takes its inspiration from New Orleans, the birthplace of jazz, and features packaging created in collaboration with local artist Hill Spriggins. Three artworks depict New Year's Eve celebrations on Bourbon Street and Canal Street, as well as street scenes on the morning of New Year's Day, incorporating the city's music, food and festive culture.

Macallan Senior Whisky Maker Diane Stuart selected the casks for this final release, which was matured in Sherry-Seasoned American and European Oak Casks. The two cask types contribute rich sweetness and warming spices respectively, reflecting the distillery's intention to evoke New Orleans' rich culinary and cocktail culture.
