A private reserve single cask rated as Exceptional and selected by Dr. Bill himself, this Manzanilla Sherry cask No. 0247 once held part of the whisky inside the Ardbeg Day 2013 bottle, Ardbog, with delighting salty and toffeed tastes, that Dr. Bill decided to refill this excellent cask and it is bottled as a single cask release after 8 years of maturation.

With oily, nutty, woodsmoke, musty and herbal aromas. On the palate, it has peppery, warm textures, and it is like smoked pecan nuts, smoky toffee and brown sugar, also spices like cinnamon and clove. Ends with a long and bittersweet finish, salty, tarry peat smoke,with aniseed, leather and bonfire embers.
