Glengoyne has long been defined by its commitment to unpeated malt, exceptionally slow distillation, and mastery of sherry cask maturation. Besides "The Distillery Cask" series, the distillery rarely releases single cask expressions, and Private Bottlings are rarer still. To commemorate the 33rd Anniversary of Jiahe in Taiwan, Glengoyne has specially collaborated with them to release this exceptional Sherry Single Cask.

Aged for over 10 years in a First-Fill American Oak Sherry Cask. The nose opens with a delightful bouquet of sweet fruit candy, which evolves over time into elegant notes of jasmine tea and rich toffee. On the palate, the texture is luxuriously oily, perfectly balancing the intensity of the high proof (60.60%ABV) with decadent flavors of caramel pudding and white chocolate, leading into a warm finish characterized by the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread.

The bottle is housed in a bespoke premium wooden box and uniquely adorned with a circular cask-wood slice. With its presentable packaging and accessible price point, this bottling is perfectly suited for both gifting and personal enjoyment.
