This Glenmorangie Signet was inspired by a cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee that Dr. Bill loves, and took him years to recreate the mocha flavours that he could not forget. Using heavily roasted malt, then matured in Bourbon, Sherry and Virgin oak casks, and blended with some oldest Glenmorangie Whisky.

The nose opens with chocolate raisins, citrus and spices, followed by bread and butter pudding and. Sweet cinnamon and malt on the palate, joined by chocolate orange and dates, while espresso, tobacco, and cashews lead to a drying finish.
