Glenturret Distillers Dram Edition No.2 Lightly Peated

Distillers Dram is a limited-edition series created by The Glenturret to celebrate the people behind the distillery. Edition No.2 honours Kenny Smith and Robert Paterson, both of whom have many years of whisky-making experience, with their work spanning mashing, distillation and spirit handling through to cask filling and maturation. Edition No.2 is limited to just 1,000 bottles worldwide.

The whisky combines both peated and unpeated spirit and is drawn from four European Oak and American Oak Sherry Seasoned Casks, bringing together rich sherried sweetness with gentle smoky notes.

Official Tasting Notes :
It features raisins, orange peel, treacle and toffee apple, accompanied by gentle wood smoke, while the finish brings sweet spice and citrus vanilla. The overall style is rich and layered without being overly peated.
