Using two main sake specific rice Yamadanishiki and Gokyakumangoku, this sake has stable, clean, elegant and fresh fruit aromas like fresh banana, cantaloupe and green apple. Sturdy palate with just right level of fruity tastes, not being overwhelmingly sweet, at the same time showing intense rice, savouriness and acidity. Dry finish but crisp, an ideal junmai daiginjo to pair with delicious food.
