Waterford Distillery believes that whisky is "Barley-forward and Terroir-driven", and they have a very innovative idea for it: Single Farm Origin series. Barley of every release is from the same farm and comes with its very own "TÉIREOIR Code", including every tiny detail about the farm, barley, soil, yeast, water and casks, and even who distilled the whisky.This bottle's barley is from Bannow Island, and this is their very first release!
