Thompson Bros. - Speyside Distillery 29 Year Old 1995

這支由 Thompson Brothers 推出的 29 年的威士忌以單一個 Refill Sherry 桶熟成，由位於 Speyside 核心地帶、靠近 River Spey 的 Speyside Distillery 所蒸餾，而不是一支 Secret Speyside。

官方品飲筆記：
香氣: Plum and wild strawberry, cinnamon, nutmeg, tomato leaves, umeshu, maple wood, dried red berries, pink grapefruit! Delightfully (surprisingly?) tropical, with green mangoes coming out. Blood orange and a little bit of rubber.
口感: Cranberry, fruit cake, those giant strawberries that you get in pick and mixes. Pink grapefruit again. There’s that earthy, woody, funky note that only really comes from a long time in refill sherry. Mushrooms that have been covered in brown miso paste.
尾韻: Quite long. Some nice sherry spice at the end, maybe even something a little Christmassy.
