Armagnac
Armagnac（雅馬邑）是法國最古老的蒸餾烈酒之一，產區位於西南部的加斯科涅（Gascogne）地區，歷史可追溯至 14 世紀，比干邑（Cognac）更早問世。與干邑不同，Armagnac 採用單次蒸餾法（通常使用連續式蒸餾器 Armagnac still），保留更多原料風味，使酒體風格更為濃郁、深沉且富有層次，尤其適合長時間陳年。
Armagnac 主要使用葡萄品種包括 Ugni Blanc、Folle Blanche 與 Baco，並依熟成時間分為 VS、VSOP、XO 與年份標示等級。不同於干邑的大規模商業化，Armagnac 多由小型家族酒莊手工釀造，講求工藝與風土，成品常呈現乾果、香料、皮革與木質調，深受老酒迷與收藏家青睞。它是一種值得慢慢品味、探索時間痕跡的經典烈酒。
