產自法國 Grande Champagne (大香檳區) 的 Frapin 酒莊，是一家歷史悠久 Single Family Estate（家族單一莊園）。酒廠使用 Distillation on lees（帶渣蒸餾）以增強干邑的層次感，隨後將干邑置於高濕度的地窖中以 Limousin Oak 熟成 30 年。這種特定的熟成環境加速了酒精揮發，使干邑帶有更為圓潤且優雅的風格。 這款 1990 Vintage Cognac 的酒精度為 41.8% ABV，香氣帶有糖漬橙皮、乾果與花香，並帶有陳年干邑標誌性的 Rancio（如皮革與辛香料）氣息。口感柔和而平衡，帶有果甜、甘草與肉桂等風味，尾韻悠長。

這一支 Sherry Bomb 是由獨立裝瓶商 Decadent Drinks 推出，名字 Marketing Malt 影射了某家在 Marketing 方面赫赫有名的蘇格蘭威士忌酒廠，相信大家都不難猜到是哪家。這個帶玩味的酒名雖然在取笑那家酒廠，但諷刺的是，這支高品質的威士忌亦同樣出自同一間酒廠。以兩個 First-fill 歐洲橡木雪莉桶熟成超過 20 年後，再以 57.1% 100 Proof 的酒精度推出，不論聞香、口感都帶有濃烈的原酒廠特色風格，喜歡「那家酒廠」的朋友不容錯過。 聞香帶有明顯的 Oloroso 果酸香氣，伴有像黃糖、甜美果香、堅果感。入口隨即有果甜味爆發，非常 Juicy，甜美過後再帶出 Heavy Sherried 威士忌經典的皮革、烤木頭和草本清涼感，酒精度雖高但口感油潤飽滿，沒有留下木桶苦味。尾韻悠長，留下滿口的雪莉果香。
