Gordon & MacPhail - Talisker 39 Year Old 1987 Connoisseurs Choice Heritage Cask 22601101

Gordon & MacPhail 近年逐步淡出經營多年的 IB 業務，並已於 2024 年起停止向外部酒廠購入 new make 作獨立裝瓶用途，將資源集中到自家酒廠 Benromach 及 The Cairn。雖然 G&M 仍持有龐大的 IB 庫存，足以在往後多年繼續推出，但今款 Talisker 1987 已確認為 G&M 的最後一款 Talisker IB。

今次的酒標向 1980 年代 G&M Talisker 的經典形象致敬，並作為 Connoisseurs Choice Heritage 系列推出。作品自 1987 年開始以單一 Refill Sherry 桶熟成 39 年，以 Cask Strength 裝瓶，仍保有 51.4% 酒精度。

Fragrant raisin and clove spice are complemented by tangerine zest. Jammy figs combine with vibrant strawberries and cracked black pepper.
On the palate subtle cocoa develops alongside pressed apple. A full, spicy finish with lingering citrus and a hint of ash.
