Glengoyne 16 Year Old Mizunara Oak
這款 Glengoyne 16 年先以 First-fill Sherry 和 Refill Casks 熟成 10 年，再轉到水楢桶中再熟成 6 年，是 Glengoyne 首次用到水楢木桶熟成的作品。 水楢桶的製桶難度高、熟成過程風險高，而且價格高昂，酒廠經理 Robbie Hughes 提到成本是美國橡木桶的約 10 倍。水楢木的單寧含量較低，和熟成威士忌常用到的美國/歐洲不同，能為威士忌添上更明顯的雲呢拿香和獨特的檀木香氣。 6 年全水楢桶熟成，不是”做吓樣”的短暫 Finish，也不是只有桶蓋用水楢木的 Mizunara Heads，算是非常有誠意的作品。- $3,450.00
