德國市場限定的 Octomore 11 年單桶威士忌，喜歡 Octomore 的朋友都會留意到這不是 Octomore 系列的一般款式，11 年的單桶可說是非常稀有。今次的單桶由 Head Distiller — Adam Hannett 去親自挑選，以第 2 次使用的甜白酒桶 Monbazillac 桶熟成，泥煤度一如 Octomore 系列應該有的高，今次單桶的 PPM 為 156，以 60.4% 酒精度推出。 *Monbazillac 和大家比較熟悉的 Sauternes 都是以貴腐菌去製作的甜白酒，但產區和葡萄品種比例就完全不一樣。

由 Signatory Vintage 作 Blending 的一款 Blended Malt Whisky，用了 104 間蘇格蘭酒廠的麥芽威士忌作調和，比較搶眼的有 Brora、Port Ellen、Rosebank 等等早已”升仙”的酒廠，當然比例有多少就無法得知了。這支酒幾乎混合了整個蘇格蘭大家較熟悉、較老而有製作麥芽威士忌的酒廠，難怪取名為 Old School Malt。而 31 年的熟成年期中至少有 26 年是於 Sherry Cask 中熟成，最後以 43.5% 酒精度只推出一共 1148 支。
